I am a surgical technologist for a large (30 OR) urban hospital. I work weekends (3 12 hour shifts, Friday through Sunday). This warps your sense of how surgical departments work, or don't.

How in the hell?
Working in surgery can lead to interesting questions.
Today's question is: How in the hell is it possible that someone can shoot themself in the leg with a bow and arrow?
